The tabs on the publish page don’t work (Publish, Date, Categories, Options, Revisions) when I click them. I’m a Super Admin and I get the error with extensions disabled as well as with extensions running.
In the Firefox console the error is: “EE.namespace is not a function”
In the Safari console the error is: “‘undefined’ is not a function (evaluating ‘EE.namespace(“EE.publish”)’)”

I am having the same issue. Though I only have such problem in my primary site because I have MSM. The secondary site works fine. The publish page tabs are all messed up. I am attacinh a picture for reference.

The tabs aren’t working in either of my MSM sites.

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade from a previous version or build?
Can you try re-uploading your themes directory? Making sure any of your third-party files are still in place.
Do you have any Publish Layouts saved?

I uploaded a fresh copy of the themes folder and this is working now.
