    Any thoughts on Google+ ?

I got an invitation last week and have played around for a couple of days. The sharing options is far better on Google + than on facebook. You can in an easy way chose whom of your contacts you want to share things with. This makes it lot easier to have all sorts of contacts on the same profile.

Any one else that got any thoughts on Google+?

Another Cool thing is the Hangout (video chat)

And maybe Goggle plus will be more ad free than FB.

I got some invites if anyone need one? just pm me.

I think that Google has done one genius (probably more) thing, and that is to let people follow people (as in twitter). That gives Google + an viral effect that Facebook don´t have. I´m converting.

I find it a bit lame.

Its effectively Facebook Lite. Which is fine.. but it is from Google. There is very little innovation. Sure they do a number of things better but they don’t provide anything new to make people want to switch across.

Ultimately.. and I am sure this will be the same for many other people.. all my friends and family are on Facebook and no one I know is on Google+. G+ doesn’t give people a compelling reason to leave Facebook, this is the problem and as much as I dislike Facebook. Friends > Strangers.

I’m on google+, didn’t get a official invite, but I got on. I like it so far, but I am annoyed at the current lack of the ‘Invite’ button. How did you manage to get on Google+ using Groups?

I found it way better than facebook… It is way less invasive, i can control what i see and what i show in easier ways (facebook is a pain in the arse to control privacity) it kas way less ads, a cleaner layout, easy drag and drop controls…
It still doesnt have the big player base, but surelly is the top one in my ranking, pro social media.

(facebook suks, it is mostly a display to people that have a need to try to appear to the others… no professionalism at all)

Can’t use it with my Google apps account as it’s a business account, so no use for me.
Besides I barely know anyone who uses Google+, so switching over from Twitter/Facebook would make no sense.
