EE 2.2 Member Groups showing nonexistent extra channels

    I think we’ve encountered a bug in EE 2.2.

We have MSM 2.1 (the latest) installed.

There are currently 3 sites in our MSM.

In the Member Groups Editor, under both subheads:

    a) Channel Assignment
    b) Template Editing Privileges

When assigning Yes or No to a member group’s ability to edit a channel or template group, for some reason it’s showing up with extra names of groups or channels.

    (view screenshot)

When we create our first new MSM site, then in that member group editing area, there was an extra row with just the number “1” and a Yes / No radio group.

Now what we have our second new MSM site (making it 3 on the install), now there is a “1” and a “3” row. Never was a 2.

We are getting the PHP errors in the screenshot as well. The first 2 notices pertain to the first row, and the second 2 notices pertain to the second row (the “3”).

There don’t seem to be any extraneous template group or channel entries in the DB table.

And I cannot figure out which Loader.php file this is referring to, because I can’t find an options variable anywhere.

Has anyone else seen this before? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
