Guys after i installed the EE2 i got an error “
Network Error (dns_unresolved_hostname)”

Was this an upgrade from v1.x or is it a new installation?

Do you have any .htaccess files in place to remove /index.php ?
Is EE 2 in the same directory as the previous version?
Do you have file permissions set correctly?

Can you also check with your host and your domain provider please as it looks like the issue’s origin starts there

Have a look at Kelvin’s domain. He’s now getting the “Your config file does not appear to be formatted correctly.” error in both:
http://portal3.headcrasher.com/ and
http://portal3.headcrasher.com/system/

http://portal3.headcrasher.com/system/installer/ is “Internal Server Error”

@kelvin.abuyuan Now that your domain issue is resolved, can I ask if you’ve actually run through the Install process?

Looks like Kelvin has quite a few posts - not sure exactly where this is at.  However, this particular issue is resolved and we’re following up the config.php issue in this thread, so closing this one out.
