Hiding Member Registration fields

    What’s the best way to hide some of the default user registration fields?  I need to add some custom ones but would like to hide the ones the client won’t be using to make it as easy as possible for them.  I thought I say a thread on this before but I’m not finding it now.

    Version is 2.1.5 beta.

    There’s no method built into EE to hide some of the default registration fields other than perhaps editing some of the templates. Since this is more of a HowTo question, moving to Community Help forum for additional community support.

    Yep editing registration template is one way, another is to use the Solspace User module which allows you to tailor the registration form to your liking (plus a whole lot more).
