P.S. It’s not a spam, after all I’m planning to make something very close to this website on CI, hehe. But still interested what platform is CC powered by?

It can be any PHP framework i guess. Theres no “signature” which different the output result from CI or other frameworks. Its just a PHP framework, after all.
Btw, its a cool app and nice idea, the link you reference. Nice to see Internet growth into the “fun” direction, like that. Why you dont create a creatives and different one.
