Is there a way to group search results using dynamic parameters by custom field?

My client wants to allow users to search for properties… city, bedrooms, bathrooms, price range - all are fields within the unit’s info. But they would like the results shown grouped together by the property that the unit belongs to - which is a relationship field within the unit’s info.

So, is this possible to group all results together by property, or do I have to tell them it is not possible. Attach is a photo of what they’d like it to look like…

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

Not out of the box no, but there is an add-on called Search Results which may do just that for you
