    Hi Guys,

I’m wondering whether it is at all possible or, is it in the pipeline to be able to create a SAEF that does not require that you are logged in and can post the form data into a channel?

I am looking to make a glorified contact form that instead of sending out the form data via email, it would insert (validated) data into a channel. It seems as though it isn’t possible based on my research so I thought i’d put it directly to the people who use it on a daily basis.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Adam

    Adam,

Yes you have the ability to do this already. In your purchases area you have a link to SafeCracker which allows you to build a frontend form that either a logged in user can use or indeed a guest as per your request. The download includes the documentation.

    Hopefully that helps

    Hi John,

Thanks very much, I’ve already got Safecracker installed, it somehow had just slipped my mind completely. Just been looking over the documentation and its clear that it will be able to help me do everything that I need.

    Thank you for you help!
