    This question may be related to a resolved thread.

    So I’ve already set the template group to have the index of that group act as the home page, but I’m still getting a blank page at site.com, but if I go to site.com/homepage I can see the home page..

    is there anything besides the “set the index of this group as the homepage” that could cause this?

    I should also note I’ve had some issues with the .htaccess using htaccess generator on this site (I kept getting “No input file specified.” errors so I had to change some things involving ?s and whatnot..) I don’t know if they could possibly be related, but this is turning into a mess..

    also hosted on network solutions if that makes any difference.

    thanks in advance!

    EmilyLimeRed,

    Let’s get everything working without .htaccess first. Remove or rename that file and disable the .htaccess generator add-on, and set your site’s index page back to ‘index.php’ in General Configuration. Does that work?

    Okay, open the main index.php file and change

    $debug = 0;

    to

    $debug = 1;

    Do you get any errors when you visit the homepage now? If not, try going to http://yoursite.com/index.php instead.

    Figured it out.. pretty dumb mistake.. I’m using structure and I had the page set to use the wrong template.  MEA CULPA!
