When the client goes to a page and tries to upload a document or save a page, they are automatically logged out. She said this happens to all of them in the office, on several different computers and they also tested several browsers. She said that it usually happens four times in a row, and then eventually works.
They are running on an older version of EE 1.x, so I’ll be scheduling a time to upgrade to the current version and build. However, is there anything else that I should ask them or look out for?
