Zen Desk has said if the community can make enough “noise” they would look into creating a add-on for #eecms. I think this is a good opportunity for the community and for all our clients who might be in need of a great help desk software.

If this is a add-on you would like built please say so by giving your thoughts (or just a +1) here or shoot them some noise @Zendesk on Twitter.

A full featured backend add-on would be nice, however a single sign-on authorization method would suffice.

I’d be glad to contribute in any way possible.
