    Hi. I have my own php form and Id like to embed it in ee. Its not letting me do the PHP include script… any thoughts? Thanks!

    ssuratosjr, when it comes to forms and ExpressionEngine, I really prefer to use Solspace’s Freeform Module.

    It has the ability to save the entries to your web server in a table, and you can do quite a bit with required fields, template responses and the like. Best of all, it’s free.

    Or as Peter mentioned, you’d need to turn on PHP in your template, probably in input mode. Does that help?
