I created a plugin to Sync Disqus with EE comments. Also, it provides quick tags to create the JS Output for Disqus links and Comment blocks. Go check it out. https://github.com/marcato15/Disqus . If you need support, hit me up on my twitter @marcato15. I will be posting it to Devot-ee and using that for support once I get a few people to test it out and make sure its all good. Consider it beta quality for now. (ie. backup db, careful about use on live production sites.)
