    Hello,

    I was looking into my Apache logs and I noticed the following error popping up over and over again:

    [Tue Apr 19 16:51:27 2011] [error] [client 72.187.54.151] PHP Notice: Unknown: 1. h->opened_path=[null] h->filename=[/var/www/html/www.mysite.net/index]\n in Unknown on line 0, referer: {SOME EE PAGE}

    Any idea what this means?  Why is it referencing http://www.mysite.net/index?

    Thank you!

    Hi, dmacli -

    I ran this past Greg Aker, since it’s a server error I’ve never seen.  It looks like this is an issue with an old or misconfigured APC.  Check out this link.

    I’d recommend taking this to your host for further investigation.  Doesn’t look like an EE issue, but more a server one.

    Does that help?

    Thank you.  When you say APC are you referring to Alternative PHP Cache?

    Yes, dmacli.  Definitely one for your host. It may not be that, but it seems the most likely culprit.

    Thank you Lisa, I am using eAccelerator, maybe that is causing the issue.  Thanks!

    My pleasure!  I’ll leave this open, please let us know what you find out.  Definitely an unusual error to see around these ‘ere parts.
