    Hi All,

I’ve got a client that has one main site that then has 3 other sub folder websites such as /division1, /division2 etc.

There are a lot pages that are shared across all sites. Is there a way to add one page and then have that show across all sites whilst keeping relative to the site’s url e.g. /aboutus on site 1 would then look like /division1/aboutus on the other site? Or, would this be case of just duplicating the pages?

    Any ideas would be great!

    Hi, JonnyTurner.

There are several ways to approach this. Are they going to be using the Multiple Site Manager?

    Hi Sue,

Sorry forgot to mention that, yeh I have MSM installed and they’ll be four sites in all - one group site with three sub folder sites.

You can cross-reference your content using MSM Parameters and Variables. So if you wanted that URL you have, you would put your channel entries tag, with the site: parameter, into a divisions template group.

    Does that make sense?

Hi Lisa, that’s definitely useful for templates and entries etc but would the cross referencing work with the pages module? I should have said that I’m using that. 😊

    ...unless I’m missing something!

    JonnyTurner,

If you are using the Multiple Site Manager, page data is only available for the current site.
So I don’t think this will be possible. You would need to duplicate here I believe at least from the testing I have done regarding it

Thanks for that! I was pretty certain that would be the case but wanted to check before hand. Thanks for the help guys!
