Can anybody help please.
When using the simple search box, and nothing is found, I seem to be returning the ‘System Offline Template’. Also when using Freefom ‘Cantact Form’ and inputting incorrect or non valid entries I am also returning the ‘System Offline Template’ rather than the error message.
All was working ok but I must have screwed things up somehow (when tampering with the Offline Template I have not only changed it but probably copied it to the User Message aswell). I inherited the website from a developer (who went AWOL from the planet) and do not have a copy of the original software so cannot just replace the Templates - I think this is all that is necessary.
1. Is there any way I can obtain a copy of the two Templates: ‘System Offline’ & ‘User Message’.
2. Where can I locate exactly how, when and where the forms point to the relevant Templates when incorrect inputs are made.
