Love the photography especially architectural so I was sold easily. 😊
Have not peaked into code much but here is what I noticed after a few min of browsing.
Easy to navigate and read, top links [top right] I would use white (it would go with the logo black on white) or some other color that stands out better than gray - these are important links but kinda get lost in color.
Pesonal prefernce:
URLs “...testimonials/item/” you are getting testimonials from people not ‘items’ so I would change ‘item’ segment/template to ‘read’ or ‘view’.
Congrats, I imagine lots of revisions with clients in construction.

Well done Versa Studio!
Your use of a black background helps the photography to stand out and make a great first impression. Also like the switch to a white background for body-content on subsequent pages.

Thanks all. The design is Scheffey’s - we did the EE work. Good ideas though.
