Not sure what’s happening, but not change were made between the time I last accessed the site and this morning when I had a ton of complaints in my inbox. This seems to only be affecting my index page, gearlive.com. In other words, permalink pages load just fine.

At the top I get two PHP errors that I am hoping will point to a solution:

    /www/vhosts/****/****/****/core/core.functions.php on line 1553

Notice: Undefined entry: entry_id in /var/www/vhosts/****/****/****/modules/mod.weblog.php on line 474

Below that is a bunch of random characters when I load the site, rather than the expected site content. Screenshot attached.

Do the errors above point to anything obvious?

Update - I noticed a new entry put in by accessing the edit page of the CP. I went in and changed the status from Open to Pending, reloaded the site, and it loaded right up.

The odd thing is though, the entry is just an image and text like all the rest of our stuff, so I don’t get why this one caused a huge problem but the others don’t…

    Hi Andru,

Looks like the index page is loading now; are you making progress with this?

Yeah I closed the entry that I mentioned in my first reply, copied and pasted the contents in a new entry and published that, and everything was fine.

I did find out that the entry that caused the problem was made using the iExpression tool for iOS, for what it’s worth.

    Andru,

An odd one alright. Do you wish to continue troubleshooting this?
If so can you try to replicate this again using iExpression to see if it was indeed that tool
