I am trying to upgrade an EE installation from 1.6.8 to 2.1.3
The upgrader never gets past this point:
2.0.0: Converting Database Table exp_whitelisted: 0 of 3 queries
I have checked the above table and it only has 3 rows.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

The general consensus is when upgrading across large versions is to do incremental upgrades, dont just jump straight in to the latest.
1.68 > 1.69 > 2.01 > 2.1 > 2.3
Not sure of version numbers but you’ll get the idea. Also disable your extensions or upgrade them appropriately.

My current licence doen’t include those incremental versions (I have an upgrade licence).
How do I get those?
Thanks (:
