Hi-

I was thinking I was doing a simple upgrade from 1.6.9 (Core) to 1.7 (commercial) and I followed the directions outlined here:

but when i log in (cleared cache) the footer and CP still says 1.6.9 - did i follow the wrong set of instructions?

My site seems to be ok, so no damage done, I just need the Commercial license to be up.
