Okay, I have this client, a major Non-Profit here in town. They want to offer the website in Spanish as well as English. Should they purchase a Multisite Manager license? Do any of you have experience building an EE website with multiple languages? What is the easiest way to go about this?

Butttt, all that information seems a little dated. Maybe a few of you have some more recent tips?
