Group “x” can create a bulletin for group “x” and “all groups” but not for superadmin. I assumed that choosing “All Groups” would include superadmin but when I log out and log back in as a superadmin I don not see the bulletin on my control panel.
Superadmin is set “yes” to “Include Members in Site’s Member List”
any help would be appreciated.
