When I have an entry that has a related entry field, but no related entry chosen, then it shows the following code in the outputted template:
{REL[0][related_menu]17DT9TeWREL}
When there is a related entry, everything works fine, but when n entry is selected then the above code is shown. All I want it to do is show nothing when there is no related entry.
I’m on v2.1.3 and build Build: 20101220

Have you considered using the {if no_related_entries} conditional?

No that or anything else hasn’t worked. I just tried deleting the field so I could create it again but I get this error when attempting to delete:

This is a known bug, actually. It should have been fixed in the upcoming 2.1.4.
