Channel preferences is set to display rtf buttons and they are available in the default fields but whenever I create new fields they’re not. Simple how-to or is something missing in my installation? Also, I don’t find a way to determine the size of the publish fields. Isn’t there a way to set number of rows? See image please. Thank you.

I don’t follow, do you mean HTML Formatting? What CP theme are yo using? Any extensions?

Are those fields set as text-fields or text-areas?
I could be wrong but don’t the formatting buttons only show for text-area type fields?

Right, changing to text-area gave me the option to set number of rows and turn on rich formating buttons. How easy 😊 Thank you.
