My restore from LOCALHOST to ENGINEHOSTING still points to LOCALHOST?

I have moved my site maintenance to a local development server on my laptop, where the domain reference is LOCALHOST, but, having now done a MySQL export/import back to EngineHosting, my page links are still pointing to LOCALHOST.

I’ve checked all configuration setting I can find, and there are no references to LOCALHOST at this point that I can discern.  In which effort I have also used the DEEPLOY HELPER module add-in.  No reference to LOCALHOST anywhere.  And I have double checked that it is not hardcoded.

Anyone have an idea what might be going on here?  Would be very much appreciated.  Thanks!!

What version and build of EE are you using? Have you checked config.php? Where are you seeing the reference to “localhost”?

EngineHosting is on 1.6.9.  I’m not totally sure, but I think LOCALHOST is also 1.6.9, but could be 1.7.0.  I’ll check later tonight.

I have not checked config.php as yet.  That’s a good idea and will check later as well.

“localhost” is in all browser URL’s windows following the initial login screen on EngineHosting.

    Thanks!!

I found the problem.  And it was me.  I am using the First Timer extension and had the server link reference hardcoded.  I now have set up more generically, and so should need no further changes as I move back and forth between test and production.

    Thanks!!
