    Hello,

    A simple upgrade to the latest build of the forum renders this when accessing the forums on my site:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Stats_mcp::statdata() in /system_path/expressionengine/modules/forum/mod.forum_core.php on line 9436

    Please help.

    [Mod Edit: Edited system path for security reasons and merged with other threads]

    Hello,

    After a basic upgrade to EE 2.1.3 from 2.1.0 and an upgrade to the latest build of the Forum, my entire site has disappeared.

    It is no longer accessible via the regular URL, and the CP is nowhere to be found either.

    The whole kit and caboodle has disappeared.

    Need help.

    Hello,

    I have attempted to upgrade to the latest version of EE (2.1.3) from 2.x and the process has rendered my site, CP and Forum inaccessible.

    It will be difficult for me to tell you what the build is as I can no longer access the CP.  Just a blank screen.

    I had previously raised the

    /system

    folder one level for added security so I believe this may have something to do with it.

    I am going to need someone to go into my install and make sure it is correct as I cannot access anything anymore.  Only the main files through my SFTP and host.

    Thanks in advance.

    C

    Hi cacampbell:

    The blank screen usually means a suppressed php error.  please see this:  http://ellislab.com/expressionengine/user-guide/troubleshooting/general/blank_pages.html  for how to turn on error reporting, and hit us back with the error you are receiving.

    thanks!

    Thanks Greg for responding!

    I made the change and received the following when trying to access my site at http://www.myodesign.com

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Notice

    Message: Undefined property: CI_Loader::$view

    Filename: account/login.php

    Line Number: 6

    Next course of action?

    For the record I still can’t access my CP either.  And yes, I am the Super Admins and the only one with access to the CP.

    Hi cacampbell,

    Can you please check that you have put the correct index.php file into your site webroot? It looks as though you may have the one from the system folder in place of the main index.php file. Which version of EE are you using and which version of the Discussion Forum module have you tried to upgrade to?

    Cheers

    Greg

    Thanks Greg,

    This post precipitated the second post that answered just a bit earlier.  I now have no access to the site, the CP or the Forum.  I updated the Forum and then attempted to update the rest of the site and ended up in a complete mess.

    You asked me to turn-on PHP error reporting which I did in the last post.

    It says the following:

    A PHP Error was encountered

    Severity: Notice

    Message: Undefined property: CI_Loader::$view

    Filename: account/login.php

    Line Number: 6

    Any ideas?

    I could grant you access to my server to make sure the files are in order.

    Hello Greg and Greg,

    Has there been any progress on either front?

    The site is still completely down, CP not accessible, and Forum nowhere to be seen…..

    Hi acampbell,

    Just something to note: The threads here are managed by an automated system. To guarantee quicker responses don’t add a new reply if we have not answered as it will reset you to the back of the list.

    We need a little more information from you:

    What version of PHP is installed were you are using the software?

    To remove file corruption as a factor could you please re-upload the following 2.1.3 folders and all their content?

    *  themes/

    * system/expressionengine/libraries/

    Also when you moved your system folder id you make the change in your index.php file? If you did not that would be the cause of all your woes.

    Best regards,
    Barry
