Hi Agata,
Not by default. However, there are many addons available to enable this kind of functionality. One is Fieldframe and you will find others on Devot://ee.

Thank you for replay. I have install Fild frame but this only works for entries. I need that for member custom field.

Unfortunately I am not aware of a ready-made solution here. Perhaps you might want to consider making a Feature Request?
