Okay, after days of fixing one comment issue I know have another one.
when I go to post a test comment i am taken to a new page that says:
“Disallowed Key Characters”
what is this error and how can I fix it?

Please upgrade to EE 2.1.3. Try with a very simple comment, does that work? The error usually refers to a pecial character os similar that’s forbidden in the URL.

How do I Upgrade? Would this involve a reinstall? I know this is a rather vague inquiry, but i’m looking for a more informed answer to what this error means.

It is a recommended upgrade and allows us to troubleshoot from the same version
