Question: When Enterprise Support & Services is launched, will we have access to questions and answers? It seems like a valuable source of information. I always search the forums and wiki’s when I ask a question.

The details of this are still being hashed out. What I can assure you is that we are committed to ensuring that knowledge is shared in some way, and we will continue to improve our FAQs and User Guide, including the Troubleshooting section.
And the forums aren’t going anywhere, either. =)
