    We are very happy to announce our new Photo Gallery plugin.
    We have worked hard (Special thanks to Prem) to develop it in a way we think MojoMotor should do it to.

    http://www.mojomotor-plugins.com/mojoproduct/gallary_for_Mojomotor_structure_your-Image

    How to use

    1. Replace your image tag in your template with ours
    2. A region is added in the CMS, on the place where the images should be
    3. Upload
    4. Done!

    Our script will create a thumbnail and a sexy light window (if enabled in the template) to popup your image.

    Why this way

    Since MojoMotor is really powerfull with their editor area’s in complex layouts, we choose to do it the same way.
    No layout limitations. Just select witch image needs to be Dynamic, and you are ready to go.

    Installation

    Just upload the ZIP after extracting to the third_party directory and you are ready to go.

    Use this code in your template and your image will be replaced into a upload field in the admin and you have a dynamic picture.
    You can set the height or weight of the thumb, and mention if the lightwindow needs to be on or not.

    {mojo:thumpjump:size src="image.jpg" height="150" lightwindow="on"}

    {sized}

    {/mojo:thumpjump:size}

    Let us know your feedback

    We look forward to everybody’s feedback, to improve this plugin.
    Since we use it now for nearly all our projects, I want to share the benefits of this plugin.

    Kind regards,

    Flip

    I think he is making a site-specific version of his script that he will mail you when it has been manually done.

    ???

    Site-specific? to whom? I have not specified a site, I purchased an add-on, that I would like to download.

    Can you explain more?

    This is not mentioned anywhere on the add-on site.

    thanks

    When he contacts you he will probably ask you wich site you plan to use it on and then he will hardcode it to work on that site (or rather not to work on any other site) Some sort of copyprotection I guess….
    At least that was the process when I purchased a license.

    I wasnt in a hurry so I didnt have a problem with it but I think he could mention the process in the description of his software though.

    I’m not even sure which site I want to use this on yet! I have just purchased MojoMotor and are testing it out, probably with a test site, so it could be any random domain name?!!

    This aint mentioned on his site, not happy!

    I would like to say that Flip (the guy behind the add-on) has now been in touch, and is very helpful!

    It seems he was trying to contact me, but my email was not working properly, so to anyone reading this ignore my little rant! (Well apart from the bit about not stating that it is made url specific).

    Hi David S and Slimboyfatz,

    First of all thank you for using ThumpJump. I hope you like it, and can use it for more project in the future.
    If the sites are live, please let me know, I look forward to see how you did integrate ThumpJump in your design.

    Like you might see in the code we did spent a lot of time to develop this plugin. To protect our work, we did choose to make it Url specific. Since I understand this can be a problem if you need the plugin at once and can’t wait a few hours we are planning to do it an other way with the next release. After that you should be able to use it at once after downloading and don’t need to wait a few hours for me to add your domain.

    The update will be free for all people already using ThumpJump and will include some nice other cool improvements.

    Thank you once again for using ThumpJump and the good words on this post and by mail.
    If I can help you with something, please let me know.

    Regards,

    Flip

    Also waiting for a response from Flip.
    Gets somehow annoying, as he promised support for a special issue 2 weeks ago :-(

    ... replied to me, just for the record.

    His support is really great - no one can be online all the time, though 😉
