    Hi All,

I keep getting errors and blank screens when adding templates, custom fields, channels etc.

Got the following error when Submitting a channel entry. Any help fixing this would be fantastic!

    Hi, koko.pelli.

Can you tell us which version/build of EE2.x you’re using? See EEWiki:// HowTo Determine My EE Version

Are you using any third party add-ons, if so which ones? What about custom field types?

Hi Sue, thank you, will check later as not at my computer at the moment. Must be the latest version though as I only downloaded and nstalled it today.

No addons used, only created a few custom fields for a channel.

One other thing, the host of the site is Media Temple and I have set the folder as password protected… would that be a cause of this?

Instead of deleting the only field group, make a new one, and then delete the other one. I filed a bug report on this: https://support.ellislab.com/bugs/detail/15077/

Not sure if being password protected has anything to do with it..

I have been playing around and it seems to have resolved itself now.

Apologies for the hassle and thank you for your help 😊
