    Hello.

I’ve been scratching my brain on this for the last few days.
My installation of EE 2.1.3 and MSM works great on the production server (RHEL 5)
however, on MAMP, the multi language method returns a blank page.

I am not sure what could be causing this issue, I’ve searched the forum and google with no success.

Has anyone experienced this issue with MSM and multi-language alternate method on MAMP?

I am convinced it has something to do with MAMP as it works perfectly fine on a different server.

I have disabled removal of index.php since it’s not supported by this forum, so now it’s just language switching.

Any kind of direction would be awesome.

    Thanks.

    Live server configuration:
    RHEL 5 on Plesk
    EE 2.1.3, MSM

    Local server:
    MAMP

I have solved the issue with MAMP, and it might be note worthy for some -

EE 2.1.3 and error reporting doesn’t respond the same way with php 5.2.13 and 5.3.2,
-To be able to trouble shoot anything in MAMP, first be sure to use php 5.3.2. these choices are obvious with MAMP PRO, but not so much with MAMP free.

switching to php 5.3.2 actually enabled error reporting (debug mode = 1 ) which then lead me to the real issue, which was nothing but a path issue, since i am running /system outside of the documentroot.

    I hope this helps.

Anyone having issues with a similar setup, perhaps i can help.

EE 2.1.3, MSM, multi language, removed index.php, on plesk RHEL5, with system outside of the root, in svn via beanstalk, and running locally on MAMP,

    kev.
