Hey,
I’ve had an unusual request from a client; they want to be able to have a member authenticate their email activated and then have an administrator activate them.
Is this possible?

Hi, Carter Digital.
Sure, you can create an interim member group and have the default value for authenticated users be that instead of Members. At that point, the site staff can convert them to Members.
