I recently upgraded to v2.1.3 Build 20101220
It seems the Category Sort is broken in Category Management.
Master Sort Order is set to Custom. When I click the Up/Down arrows nothing happens. When I reload the page the sort order has not changed.
The was working in v2.1.1 before the upgrade.

Hi,
I think I found a bug in the channel categories api, in file Api_channel_categories.php on line 105 it is
->order_by(‘group_id, parent_id’, $order)
I think it should be
->order_by(‘group_id, parent_id, ‘.$order, ‘asc’)
For my installation this solves all the problems concerning category sorting.
