My service provider, FatCow, recently had problems with my MySQL database. Once it was restored, I had to repair my “Throttle” file. Since then, I’ve had difficulties logging into my system admin screens. In Safari, I get just a the blue strip at the top of the page, nothing else. In FireFox, I get

    The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

      *  The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
          moments.

      *  If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network
          connection.

      *  If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

With Chrome, I can log in, but when I try to edit templates, screens don’t render completely and the “Update” buttons are often missing.

Any suggestions on where to start. I am using V1.6.8

Hi, Chris. One thing you could do is make sure your database is still in good shape. Do you have access to a local install? That way you could see if the problem is the database or not. Or you might want to upgrade to 1.7.0, which is recommended.
