Hello. What do you offer in the way of phone support for installations? We have just purchased EE and would like to speak with someone about some technical challenges.

We do not offer telephone support at this time; all EllisLab provided support is handled in these forums.

I’m partnering with web programmers on a project. They are having a tough time with EE 2.0. How can I get them in touch with you? They seem to be at the end of their rope and need real-time communication via Skype or live chat.
