After using EE for 2 years I have finally got an excuse to set up MSM. I am setting up a mobile site which is running on a subdomain.
The content from Site1 (full site) is currently being served on Site2 (which I want), but it seems to be using the templates from Site1 not the template groups defined in Site2.
When creating Site2 (mobile) via the CP, I imported the template groups from Site1, but now when I make changes to Site2’s templates I am not seeing the changes reflected on the Site2’s pages. However, if I make changes to the Site1 templates, I DO see the changes on Site2.
Any ideas?
Thanks! I am running EE 1.7.0 and the latest version of MSM (downloaded last week, I don’t know where to see the version #).
Update Everything is working now. I am not sure what I did to actually fix this. I made a change to the path.php, added the correct value for $site_url, which was blank. But, I also deleted the Site2 and started over not importing anything. Either way, it is working.
