I like ‘Sequel Pro’ and folks speak highly of ‘Navicat’.

Sequel Pro is great and free!
I’ve also heard good things about Querious.

Navicat works nicely on the mac, will have to check out Querious though.

phpmyadmin is very handy to know, although not as polished as some of the others. The good thing is that it runs on the server as opposed to being a client…..
It can do 90% plus of what you need to do….........

If you need a solid GUI option, it’s really tough to beat Sequel Pro. It’s free, impeccably well-designed, and most of all, easy to use. I’m personally fond of not installing anything on my servers that I can avoid (such as phpmyadmin), so if I can avoid doing so I will.

Sequel Pro is definitely the way to go.

Navicat, Sequel Pro, and phpMyAdmin… all good choices.
Yes - I’ve used all three.
