    Hi there,

I’ve just created some new members in the “Members” group and customized their preferences to allow them to moderate comments.  Here’s the error I get:

    An Error Was Encountered
You are not authorized to access this page

I’ve attached images showing my settings for this member group.

    Summary:
All comment admin options for member group set to “Yes”
Can access Module: Comment set to “Yes”

Well, I just enabled everything and then disabled things one-by-one.  Apparently I needed:

    Can Access ADD-ONS Section “Yes”
    Can Access ADD-ONS: Modules “Yes”

Kind of cryptic.  It makes sense now after discovering.  Could definitely use a tip in the comment area about that at least, or some better usability surrounding all of these settings.  For instance, why be able to select Yes for any options in the ADD-ONS if you have to select yes for ADD-ONS in the first place?  Some progressive disclosure would sure be helpful there.  I’ve also considered the fact that you may have specific reasons for doing all of this the way you did, but it certainly isn’t evident as an end-user.  Anyhow, glad I found it and hope this solution can help some others who might run into the same issue.

Thanks for your feedback. I, too, am glad you got it to work. Post again as needed, please.
