In my template I am simply displaying entries from a weblog. If there are only entries being displayed that were input from a saef then a hand full of my custom fields don’t honor the text formatting I chose (they wrap stuff with tags). If I add an entry from the CP the template will display all the results with the proper text formatting. Need some help with this.

    Thanks,
    Michael

    Michael,

What version and build of EE are you using?
    Are you using any extensions?

Can you test your SAEF with the default code from the docs please?

    Version: 1.6.9
    Extensions: Not with SAEF
Tested with default code and did not have the same issue.

    Hi Michael,

Are you hard-coding some of the custom fields for the SAEF? If so, make sure you’re specifying the accompanying hidden formatting fields to let EE know how to handle it. See an example in this thread.

    Does that help?
