(V1.1 updated to include four additional themes and numerous refinements).

I have released a set of themes for the Discussion Forum addon (EE 2.1+ only. Download link below. These currently include:

Blue Velvet
Green Valley
Red River
Round Midnight
Round Midnight Rainbow

I am using the same methodology as for my CP accessory themes: simplification of css with parameterized variable substitution so that a variety of ‘skins’ can be designed quickly to the same visual/navigational structure. That sounds more sophisticated than it really is, I’m afraid, but can’t think of a better way to put it.

The forum themes are color compatible with their CP theme cousins.

A handful of trivial css hacks were applied to several core files; easily updated should a new version of the addon be released. The original files are included for ease of maintenance. I have not, as Iain did, touched (to great effect) the underlying code for major customization.

Your CP themes are excellent so I would like to try your Forum themes. I’ve looked carefully but I can’t find them. Are they no longer available?

And then I found them with Google at: https://github.com/russlipton/rl-forum-themes but there is no link to them from your website.

Thank you for the kind words and my apologies - I am out of the country and not checking the forum often. You are correct that i have withdrawn the link. However, this has nothing to do with the status/usability of the forum themes and I will email you soon with link access.
