    What is the folder structure for installation?

    Not sure what you mean…

    Plugin should sit in (as do all third party addons):
    /system/expressionengine/third_party/

    In other words you should end up with something like this:
    /system/expressionengine/third_party/google_finance_ee/pi.google_finance_ee.php

    Also, if you plan to use caching option (“refresh” parameter) make sure that the cache directory is writeable (it should be anyway) - as the plugin will try to create own cache there:
    /system/expressionengine/cache/google_finance_ee_cache/

    The folder name (google_finance_ee) might not be obvious to a lot of people 😊

    I see 😊

    Do you think it makes sense to zip the entire directory structure?

    ie

    google_finance_ee.zip
    /system/expressionengine/third_party/google_finance_ee/pi.google_finance_ee.php

    Yeah, that would probaby help make things more obvious.

    Second, I have PHP 5.2+ but the plugin doesn’t seem to be processing the tags. Any ideas?

    I found the problem.

    In the example… the closing tag is incorrect.

    {/exp:google_finance_ee}

    should be

    {/exp:google_finance_ee:quote}

    I was just wondering what the current status is of this plugin. If it’s still up-to-date and works with the latest version of EE then it will help me a lot. Thanks!

    Is this plugin still supported as I can’t get it to work.

    I get the following error message -

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_decode() in .../third_party/google_finance_ee/pi.google_finance_ee.php on line 96

    Also, does it support London Stock Exchange listed Plcs as well?
