    Hi all,
I’m running v1.6.9 and have just done a clean install. However, when I click on the My Account and Modules tabs, I just get a blank page. I’ve already tried a completely new install (include a new database), but just get the same result.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers, all..

    Hi RedBloc,

Any other content in the CP not appearing, or just those?  Have you checked that the permissions for the files and folders on your server are set appropriately?

    Hi Will,
Yes, just been through the file permissions and it all seems fine. I have an SSL cert for the site, so perhaps that’s messing with the server paths or something. Though everything else is appearing perfectly, so it’s puzzling.

    Hi Redbloc,

Did you bundle any third party modules with your install?

Yes, I added Playa and Matrix along with Fieldframe. I’m just about to go for a complete reinstall without all of those…

You may not need to do a full re-install.  Have you tried removing them, along with their language files, from your system folder?

Apologies for the delay in my reply, been away from my desk for a bit. Yup, seems to be sorted now.

    Cheers all…
