This question may be related to a resolved thread.
I am having the exact same errors in the Firefox error console. Unforunately after posting the error log the problem was resolved via an email so I have no idea what to do to fix the errors.

Sorry I never followed up. I had ‘Show Glossary’ on but ‘Show Formatting Buttons’ was off.
