    Hi all

We have built an RSVP module, which allows members to respond to events for EE 2.x (similar to how people RSVP to Facebook events). It also sends email to members to confirm their reservation, allows the administrator to send updates to members attending an event, and allows a maximum number of spaces available for an event.

We are looking for a few beta testers who could use this on a live EE 2.x website, and provide feedback to us. Once this is complete we will be offering the module for sale in the Devot:ee store.

PM or respond to this thread if you are interested.

    Cheers

What kind of environment do you need for “live EE 2.x website”? We are finishing a site with Solspace’ User Module installed… Or is it for native EE2 Members?

long overdue - unfortunately I don’t have a live EE2 website to test.

That said, I’m in the process of migrating http://www.greenviewchurch.co.uk to EE2 (and we use events heavily). That would be great.

It doesn’t need to be a live current site, anything under development is fine, but we would prefer if it was launching pretty soon to give it some testing with actual members responding to actual events.

In any case, feel free to PM me if you want to have a play with it and provide some feedback 😊

RSVP is completely compatible with the SolSpace user module.

i’ve got a 2.x site in the works that could possibly benefit from such a module. I’d be willing to test it out for you. been looking for something like this for some time. if it can send vcal, even better.

I manage a few UK orienteering club websites and wonder if this could be used for people to register that they plan to go to an event.
So depending on how the thing works I could be interested.
I plan to switch this one from EE1.6 to 2.1 in the next few weeks

    Hi Adrian!

We’ve recently published a site with events & webinars (http://www.w-systems.com) and we felt the need of a good module to handle them.

We’re currently working on a couple EE2 sites where we’d be thrilled to test your module!

    Thanks in advance,

    Santiago
