Module Tab comes up empty

I recently transferred a site to a new server. Everything seems to be working fine, including MSM. I am running 1.6.9 Build: 20100805.

For some reason when I click on the Modules Tab it comes up a blank page - no errors, nothing. All other tabs display properly, including Freeform, which had been previously set as a tab item. Not sure of the cause, but it has a rather limiting effect on configuring the site. I would appreciate some help in finding a solution.

Are you using any third-party modules? Make sure there are no stray empty or hidden files in your Modules folder, either.

Freeform is the only 3rd party module I am using. I confirmed that there are no hidden files or modules folders. It is still blank.

I rebooted my computer and now the module tab display fine. Ok to close this out.
