Hey just making a site that happens to be in french and the titles all screw up. An é comes up as é and it is also entered into the database as é, is it possible to have the weblog submission just send the é to the database as é instead of this é thing.

It’s an encoding issue. The characters you are seeing mean that Unicode characters (good!) are disaplyed as Latin-1 (not good). Do you’ve got a link to the site?
