Hi,

    I’m developing a site which contains 4 different channels. Every channel has it’s own RSS feed but I would like to combine these feeds to one feed. Every article has to link to the correct channel for commenting.

    Can this be done and how? Any ideas?

    Sure:

    Using channel=“channel1|channel2|channel3” in the RSS feed…
    But I’m using different custom fields for these channels like

    Channel1
{exp:xml_encode}{article_excerpt}{/exp:xml_encode}

    Channel2
{exp:xml_encode}{learntouse_excerpt}{/exp:xml_encode}

    Channel3
{exp:xml_encode}{usetolearn_excerpt}{/exp:xml_encode}

    Hmmmm, something with conditionals???

    Yes, something with conditionals, or just use them all (they’ll be empty except where they are not). Makes sense? Moving to the CodeShare Corner.
