We just released an 2 sites that we upgraded to 2.0 and updated the design to match the new brand.

It actually wasn’t that bad, just involves a lot of messing around with the mysql. And of course working with local copies of each site.
Both sites are fairly standard EE installations. We are using some great add-ons: Freeform, Low Reorder (to order pages), Entry Reedirect (no site should be without it) and Matrix. For the locations area, we created a Locations channel and used matrix to fine-tune the data fields.
