So I got this page at:

Basically it was designed to account for two lines of community title (see red Capistrano Pointe title).
I want to place a conditional in there to check how many characters the title has and add a little padding to the top when it’s less than 17 or so. Any ideas?

You’d need some PHP for that, there’s nothing built into EE to do that. Moving.
